Continuing at Jordan Springs with Lendlease
Glascott is delighted to continue their partnership with Lendlease at Jordan Springs with the delivery of East Lake and Village 5 Park.
Jordan Springs is one of the fastest growing suburbs in the Penrith region and will eventually provide residence for approximately 6,500 people. Defined by its outdoor lifestyle of water, bushland and green open space, the community will host an abundance of additional masterplanned amenities, providing a range of lifestyle choices.
One such amenity is Village Oval, which Glascott recently completed. The largest amenity at Jordan Springs, Village Oval is 5.5ha comprising high quality sports fields, netball and basketball courts, fitness stations, Parkour park, learn to ride bike track, and picnic and barbeque facilities. Glascott also recently delivered Livvi’s Place, a fun and interactive inclusive playground catering to children of all abilities.
Glascott is currently working at Village 5, reshaping East Lake and installing 145,000 plants including macrophytes to the lakes surrounds. They are also creating another neighborhood playground. Works at Village 5 includes earthworks, civil works, electrical and hydraulic services, construction of shelters and a viewing deck, and landscape embellishment.

In other works, Glascott has recently completed the Central Residential Public Realm at Rouse Hill, another vibrant Lendlease Community located in Sydney’s northwest.
