Gifting Lyndhurst Public School with a new sensory garden

Our Victorian office, headed up by Stewart Owen, pulled together a variety of resources to build a new sensory garden for Lyndhurst Public School.

Last month our team, together with our client Wolfdene, attended the opening of the new garden with the children, teachers and school community. The initiative was a collaboration of effort with Glascott gleaning support from our suppliers to donate plants, timber, hire equipment and more.

It was a fantastic effort by everyone involved. I’m really grateful for the support of our partners; Australian Timber Wholesalers, Plantmark, Coates Hire, P&H Earthworks, Soilworx. Without them it wouldn’t have been possible,” said Mr Owen.

Glascott designed the garden and constructed it over the school holidays period so it was ready when the children returned.

Glascott’s core values are pivotal to the work we do for community groups. We are proud to partners with our clients and suppliers to provide landscape construction services for communities and non-profit organisations.

It’s incredibly satisfying to give back to the communities we work in and see people enjoying the environments we help create,” said Mr Owen.
