Introducing our new Victorian Manager, Andrew Gualano

We welcome Andrew Gualano to the role of Victorian Manager. With over 20 years of experience, Andrew comes to Glascott with a broad range of knowledge and expertise in project delivery and business management.

Andrew has been responsible for various projects for local government, developers, builders and landscape architects over the past two decades. His experience includes the $2.5 million Sandhurst Golf Club upgrade and the $2.8 million Safety Beach at Martha Cove project comprising civil landscaping, parks, streetscapes and boardwalk. He helped Stockland to create Highlands Estate and was involved in the upgrade of Margaret Court Arena for Lendlease, and the revamp of Collingwood Football Club.

Glascott’s portfolio includes the award-winning Rosebud Foreshore Playspace, various council works and projects for clients like Wolfdene and Lloyd Group. They are currently delivering work at Atherstone Estate for Lendlease and a playground in Gorge Pentland Botanic Gardens for Frankston City Council.

Nationally, Glascott has delivered a large and diverse range of projects across Sydney, Brisbane and Canberra, for local and state government, developers, builders and landscape architects. Their portfolio includes Cockatoo Island, The Goods Line and The Coal Loader Green Roof in Sydney, the Beijing Gardens and Googong masterplan in Canberra, and Riverside Centre in Brisbane.

Glascott is Federal Safety Commissioner (FSC) accredited. This means the business holds the highest level of site safety certification, and can deliver federally funded projects. They pride themselves on their safety record and in setting the benchmarks for work, health and safety in landscape construction.
