Glascott Landscape and Civil is proud to have recently completed the Kurri Kurri Town Centre upgrade in collaboration with Cessnock City Council. The project focused on revitalising this historic town, enhancing its appeal as a regional hub while ensuring minimal disruption to local businesses and the community.
The upgrade delivered a range of essential improvements, including new footpaths, street furniture, lighting, and landscaping to improve the functionality and aesthetics of the commercial centre.
Glascott’s Regional Manager, James Brown, and his team led the delivery with a strong focus on maintaining a low-impact footprint. This involved working closely with the Council and local business owners to schedule works outside of peak trading hours, ensuring business operations continued with minimal interruption.
Cessnock City Council produced a video showcasing this successful partnership, highlighting how Council and our team collaborated to accommodate the unique needs of local businesses.
This project exemplifies the Glascott team’s dedication to creating vibrant, functional public spaces that benefit residents and local economies. By delivering high-quality urban upgrades, with a focus on sustainability and community well-being, we help shape lasting environments for future generations to enjoy.
Our thanks to Cessnock City Council for the opportunity to contribute to this significant project and for showcasing our work in their video.
