Project Win: The Water Lane Reserve, Box Hill NSW

We’re proud to announce that Glascott Landscape and Civil has been awarded the delivery of The Water Lane Reserve in Box Hill, NSW, in partnership with The Hills Shire Council. 

Spanning approximately 8 hectares, the project will transform the existing site into one of the region’s premier sport and recreation precincts. Once complete, The Water Lane Reserve will provide inclusive, high-quality open space for the growing Box Hill community.

Key features of the new precinct include:

• Two natural turf AFL fields (winter) and athletics track (summer)
• A new amenities pavilion with accessible facilities
• A 200-space car park and coach drop-off zone
• Children’s playground and picnic areas with shelters and BBQs
• Shared pathways, wayfinding signage, and landscaping
• Specialist field lighting and sustainable water reuse systems 

Works will commence soon, with completion scheduled for October 2026. Bringing experience in award-winning community sports projects, we look forward to delivering a first-class facility for The Hills Shire communities.
