Description:

Glascott completed the National Boer War Memorial in Canberra ready for the official opening, in May 2017. The projects centers around four large large bronze light horseman statues created by renowned sculptor Louis Laumen. Works included demolishing existing structures and regraded the site in preparation for the memorial.

Copper clad feature retaining walls were installed along with pedestrian pathways, irrigated garden beds and lighting to aid visual effects of the centerpiece. The project has won multiple awards including the MasterBuilders ACT 2018 Excellence Award and the LNA Master Landscapers Excellence Award.
