After successfully completing ten previous stages of Springbank Rise Estate, Glascott Landscape & Civil has been awarded the final stages of the $500 million master-plan community in Gungahlin.
Works include advanced tree and shrub planting, installation of street furniture, site sourced rock terracing and remnant tree management.
“We are very attached to this project and look forward to working on the finishing touches”, said Mr Geoff Bunnett, Glascott’s ACT Manager.
Glascott will deliver the final stages with the same commitment to quality and safety demonstrated in their previous work and recognised by the 2015 Master Builders Excellence in Building Awards with a win in Work Health & Safety.
“We are very pleased to be continuing our partnership with Lendlease Communities and look forward to working with them on future high quality residential communities in the ACT”, said Mr Bunnett.
Springbank Rise will be complete by July 2016.
