Partnership with QM Properties continues to flow at Maroochy Rivers

QM Properties has engaged Glascott Landscape & Civil to provide landscape construction at Maroochy Rivers.

Designed by JFP Urban Consultants, the new residential community is located in the Sunshine Coast hinterland at Yandina and when finished will provide residents with a country lifestyle by the river.

Glascott has nearly 30 years’ experience in landscape construction across the eastern seaboard of Australia with a strong portfolio in large-scale residential developments. Having delivered many projects for QM Prosperities over the past few years, the team is currently working at three new developments.

Glascott’s Queensland Manager, Mr Gareth Eagle said the partnership demonstrates his team’s ability to work collaboratively towards the end goal.

“We work closely with QM Properties to understand the unique aspects of each project. Successful delivery requires ongoing communication and effective response to challenges that arise, which is something we pride ourselves on.”

Glascott will deliver Stages 1 and 2 including revegetation of the local creek, streetscaping of the subdivision and the feature entry statement. Being close to the Maroochy River, a critical aspect of the project is to ensure the natural environment is projected and incorporated into the new development.

The company has partnered with Marsupial Landscape Management, specialists in landscape management, to undertake the large-scale revegetation component and provide ongoing maintenance that will ensure Maroochy Rivers is nurtured for long-term sustainable growth.

Landscape construction is expected to be completed by mid-July with rehabilitation works already under way.
