Another Matthew joins the Glascott management team
We welcome Matthew Elliott to the role of ACT Manager. Joining the business in 2012, Matthew transitioned from Foreman to Project Manager where he was responsible for delivering some of the company’s largest projects including the Beijing Gardens on Lake Burleigh Griffin, The Australian National University, Googong and Springbank Rise residential developments.
Matthew has over 10 years experienced having cut his teeth on various site roles in civil and landscaping construction. This hands-on experience has equipped him with a deep understanding of day-to-day operations and managing teams to deliver effective results.
“Over the years, I have had the privilege to deliver some amazing projects within a supportive work environment. As ACT Manager I will continue this culture, making work enjoyable and providing opportunities for our staff to develop their skills and grow”, said Matthew Elliott.
General Manager of Glascott Landscape & Civil, Mr Matthew Bourke said,
“Matthew was the ideal person for this role. He knows our business, our clients and staff enjoy working with him, but above all he represents the Glascott core values of integrity, commitment, team and real.
I have no doubt Matthew will be very successful in this role and I, along with our Managing Director Matthew Glascott look forward to supporting him.”
With so many Matthew’s in the business it’s hard to keep up. Matthew Elliott said they pride themselves on delivering high quality and efficiency while keeping clients happy along the way.
“It’s this quality that makes Glascott Landscape & Civil one of the leading landscape construction companies in the industry. I intend on keeping the momentum going through working closely with our management team to continue our success.”
The team is currently delivering the CSIRO consolidation project at Black Mountain for Laing O’Rourke, Viridian Glass House for Richard Crookes Construction and further stages at Googong Township.
