Building the new Caloundra South State School

FKG Group awarded Glascott the landscape construction package at Caloundra South State School.
Situated in Aura on the Sunshine Coast – one of the country’s largest master-planned communities being developed by Stockland – Caloundra South State School is part of three new schools under development by the State Government to support growing regions.
Glascott has undertaken predominately softscaping works on the project with some furniture and sandstone block seating. Landscape features included:
- 3000m2 of gardens
- insitu amelioration of site soil
- 220 sandstone block seats
- 450 trees and 17,000 plants
- over 50 pieces of street furniture
- and flagpole installation
The works are due to be completed shortly with the new school to opening at the start of the 2018 school year.
Glascott is also working for FKG Group at Coomera Amity School, continuing their partnership in delivering high quality education projects.
