Ecco Ripley is a Sekisui House development in Ipswich. With the aim of creating ‘the region’s most connected development’ – a new park was recently created in the community.
Ecco Ripley is the only community in Ripley to be awarded a coveted Five Star Green-Star Community rating from the Green Building Council of Australia. This is in acknowledgment of the attention paid to economic, social and environmental responsibility.
Designed by Saunders Havill, Glascott delivered the park including unique cultural features like the Indigenous themed hand-painted timber totem poles, hand-carved sandstone seating blocks, and bush tucker planting and signage. The 3,300m2 park offers both aesthetics and functionality with garden areas, a custom lookout shelter with an in-situ stainless steel compass surface, street furniture, water fountain and bike rack.
To establish the park for long term growth, warranty maintenance is being delivered by our sister business and landscape management specialists, Marsupial Landscape Management.
