Glascott Landscape and Civil is thrilled to be delivering the Moreton Bay Sports Complex Field Upgrade for City of Moreton Bay.

The $1 million upgrade is jointly funded by City of Moreton Bay and the State Government’s South East Queensland Community Stimulus Program, and aims to provide the North Lakes United Football Club with greater access and opportunity to cheer on their teams

The project scope includes:

  • Construction of 3 new FIFA Soccer Fields
  • New Field Fencing & Surrounds
  • Upgraded Irrigation & Drainage Systems
  • New Field Lighting & Towers
  • New Concrete Pavements & Seating Areas

This important upgrade will enhance opportunities for playing and supporting community sports.

Progress Upgrade – May 2024:

The Moreton Bay Sports Complex upgrade is underway with major earthworks nearly complete.

Glascott Landscape and Civil have delivered the initial site preparation and the important foundational works that will make way for the new natural turf fields.

Site grading is an important aspect of the early works, ensuring a level playing field and a new irrigation system that works effectively for continuity of field usage.

The Glascott team are turning their attention to the turf, lighting and hard surfaces in the coming weeks with the the project expected to be completed by October 2024.
