Gipps Street Recreation Precinct Nears Completion

Gipps Street Recreation Precinct is moving closer to its opening with significant progress made in the last couple of months. 

Reaching a major milestone, the floodlit sports fields, cricket practice facilities, fenced children’s play areas including water play, netball courts, and installation of outdoor fitness equipment, are now complete.

Finishing touches are being made on the youth precinct’s skate park, pump track, and multi-sport courts, the amenities building is being fitted out, and work is also underway on the dog park and nature trail and play area.

Glascott Landscape and Civil’s team is diligently working across a wide range of assets at the 32-hectare site, ensuring a consistently high standard of quality is achieved. We look forward to sharing more updates on Gipps St as we near its completion this Spring.
