Description:

The aim of the upgrade to Allianz Stadium was to provide Sydney with a modern, world-class sporting and entertainment precinct that will drive the visitor economy and promote a strong cultural and sporting sector for NSW.

Glascott Landscape and Civil undertook the landscape works for John Holland, delivering to the vision for stadium and precinct surrounds.

The landscape design seamlessly blended robust hardscapes to withstand heavy foot traffic with lush greenery, creating a harmonious link between the built and natural environment. Key Scope:

  • Bespoke brickwork
  • Large Hardwood timber Deck areas
  • Precast Benches
  • Precast Stairs
  • Steel Fabrication (1km handrail)
  • Steel cladded walls, balustrades, terraces & Heavy duty gates.
  • Anti-hostile Bollards
  • Large insitu stairs
  • Basketball Courts
  • Outdoor fitness area

The project’s successful hinged on the adept management of the landscape team, who coordinated their work alongside the many other subcontractors on site.

The Glascott team meticulously delivered the landscaping to align with the quality of the stadium’s fresh aesthetic, ensuring timely completion for the NRL Grand Final.
