Description:

In our second sports field at Googong township, after the successful delivery of Rockley Oval in 2014, we undertook the construction of the Googong 16B Sports Field, comprising mixed-use soccer and rugby field, a skate park, a basketball court, a kids soccer kick-about area, and practice cricket nets.

Critical to the project was managing the surfaces and lighting. Our team installed high-quality natural and synthetic turf, rubber and concrete surfaces with high various lighting, including sports floodlights supplied by Musco, to provide visibility and safety and encourage usage at night.

A beautiful boardwalk was created over the adjacent riparian corridor featuring artwork designed by Artillion integrated into the timber.

Our team managed various specialist contractors, including skate park experts CONVIC, to deliver a functional & enduring sports facility for the community.

  • Earthworks, drainage & services
