Description:

The Lake Eden Park Upgrade was a significant undertaking for Moreton Bay Regional Council. Construction commenced in June 2023, with Glascott Landscape and Civil collaborating closely with the Council’s team to ensure an exceptional play space was delivered for the North Lakes Community.

Situated along a busy arterial road, traffic and pedestrian control measures were vital throughout the project’s execution. The scope encompassed various elements, including the construction of a new community car park, playground structures with play tower and soft-fall surfaces, provision of picnic shelters, BBQ areas, and bespoke furniture, as well as the sandstone walls, various pavement types, and soft landscaping.

The Glascott team aligned with the expectations of all the stakeholders to ensure the aesthetics and functionality were met, resulting in the creation of a captivating and enduring recreational asset.
