Description:
Ron’s Creek Stage 1 Open Space & Splash Park, now Dawson-Damer Park, evolved during the design of the Town Park and masterplanning of the northern sections of Oran Park.
This was the largest and most important landscape project to date for Greenfields Development Company. Camden Council were involved in the design and financially contributed, viewing the project as significant for the region.
Glascott delivered a complex program. The scope of works at the 2.5ha site included lighting, electricals & irrigation services, along with significant planting. The focus was on safety and sustained outcomes for stakeholders and the environment, including protecting existing trees that form part of Ron’s Creek riparian corridor.
Drawing on extensive large-scale project experience, Glascott delivered high-end finishes, with the full delivery on time and budget.
